Delivery Information

• All orders require 7 working days for processing before delivery.
  eg. For orders placed on Wednesday, the earliest delivery will be on the following Thursday.
  eg. For orders placed on Friday, the earliest delivery will be on the following Saturday.

• Free delivery to a single location (Main island of Singapore only) for purchases above S$200.
  Free delivery is not applicable with any discounts, offers, promotions or during festive periods.

• A delivery charge of S$30 applies (per address) for purchase below S$200.

• The exact time of delivery cannot be fixed but Dreamweavers Celebrations will endeavour to deliver within the selected delivery timing from Monday to Sundays and public holidays as follows:
  
  A : 9am – 12pm
  B : 1pm – 3pm
  C:  4pm – 6pm
  

• An additional delivery charge of S$10 above the normal delivery fee applies for delivery to Sentosa.

• An additional S$10 charge is applicable for delivery on Public Holidays.

• An additional S$20 charge is applicable for special delivery arrangements such as specific time requests (1 hour allowance . eg, between 3pm – 4pm) etc. This is subject to availability of time slots.

• Delivery is not applicable for Jurong Island and other locations not in mainland Singapore.

• Delivery timing is subject to availability of time slot and confirmation.

• No amendments or cancellations are allowed after the order has been confirmed unless special circumstances prevail. Under such circumstances, a S$10 (subject to GST) administrative fee is payable.

• Dreamweavers reserves the right to accept or reject any orders, including requests for specific time deliveries.

• In the event that there is no recipient or no one at the delivery destination to receive the order, the order will be sent back to our factory and redelivery charges applies.

• Orders delivered must be checked and shall be deemed accepted if no errors/discrepancies are raised immediately upon delivery/collection.

• While Dreamweavers endeavors to fulfill all deliveries, Dreamweavers shall not be liable or responsible for any late delivery or failure to deliver the products ordered due to unforeseen circumstances beyond control.

• Dreamweavers reserves the right to change the delivery time slot.
